I got banned from another forum!
For pointing out a mistake by a mod.
AnandTech Forums
Wow. And they called me Pompous too! WTF? I'm insulted!
Ok, I'm more than a little pissed off because I was a member there for 5 years, and some pimple farming moderator decided to take a shot at an oldtimer.
I won't be going back. I waste enough time on forums as it is. heh

A very funny thread, I had to read it.
I once was dinking around in that forum myself and ran across this "durocshark" guy. I thought, gee I wonder if it's the same one from TS, but I said that would be impossible, somebody that has 15k posts on that tech site and 5k posts on the bus forum would be insane!!! I figured only people who lived in the Rants or kids who spent 18hrs a day posting could get those kind of numbers.
Then you had that link in your sig about the phone thing I think which I followed. It of course brought me back to that sight and your thread!
It has made me feel better though for posting at work. My measely post count is so low in comparison I probably need compensating but alas VWoA has stolen that from me. Heck, I can't even keep up with the two forums anymore which I why I pretty much don't even bother to post at TS anymore (Its gotten wierd anyway with tons of new people and no direction and no use of the search button).
Anyway I digress. Your post count is amazing. How many other forums do you belong to and what do you think your total post count is across all the sites. I think I had 1k or so at TS and now a hundred or so here and thats my total number of posts for all forums minus a few stragglers from odd forums I've visited once or twice.

She asks me why...I'm just a hairy guy
I'm hairy noon and night; Hair that's a fright.
I'm hairy high and low,
Don't ask me why; don't know!
It's not for lack of bread
Like the Grateful Dead; darling
Gimme a head with hair, long beautiful hair
Shining, gleaming, steaming, flaxen, waxen
Give me down to there, hair!
Shoulder length, longer (hair!)
Here baby, there mama, Everywhere daddy daddy
CHORUS:
Hair! (hair, hair, hair, hair, hair, hair)
Flow it, Show it;
Long as God can grow it, My Hair!
Let it fly in the breeze and get caught in the trees
Give a home to the fleas in my hair
A home for fleas, a hive for bees
A nest for birds, there ain't no words
For the beauty, the splendor, the wonder of my
CHORUS
I want it long, straight, curly, fuzzy
Snaggy, shaggy, ratty, matty
Oily, greasy, fleecy, shining
Gleaming, steaming, flaxen, waxen
Knotted, polka-dotted; Twisted, beaded, braided
Powdered, flowered, and confettied
Bangled, tangled, spangled and spaghettied!
O-oh, Say can you see; my eyes if you can,
Then my hair's too short!
Down to here, down to there,
Down to where, down to there;
It stops by itself!
doo doo doo doo doot-doot doo doo doot
They'll be ga-ga at the go-go
when they see me in my toga
My toga made of blond, brilliantined, Biblical hair
My hair like Jesus wore it
Hallelujah I adore it
Hallelujah Mary loved her son
Why don't my Mother love me?
I'm hairy noon and night; Hair that's a fright.
I'm hairy high and low,
Don't ask me why; don't know!
It's not for lack of bread

Sorry they banned you, durocshark. They got no friggin' sense of humor!
Elwood knows that I've worn the letters off some of the keys on my keyboard. My post count may not be high, but my keystrokes are many. I didn't type out all those words above, though. I found the lyrics online, then used copy and paste. Yours from wordy birdi.
