After Moran we went to Bowman Bay at Deception Pass. That's the only other spot we were. I would have taken some shots coming down 101 along Hood Canal but my camera battery was dead. Mt Constitution was pretty amazing. Especially with the morning fog surrounding the islands. You guys need to plan a full week next year.spiffy wrote:Hey Jasan, where else did you guys go?
Chorizo, it's what's for breakfast.

Just beautifull pictures and recount of trip. I was glad to see that not much has changed on Orcas and Mt. Constitution. I was there with my daughters , then 9 & 12 and a SO in my '60 bus-Hugo. We spent a week camping and I remember gitting dizzy climbing the tower. He carved our ignitials in the wood gazibo while I caught my senses Looks like that is where the room is now. Just to be clear, there were 100's of other carvings then so it was not an act of vadilizium, just Love It was in the '70s!!!!

It does look like that. For the life of me though, I can't remember that particular moment. It looks like there's a special fat lens on that camera though. I think I gained 50lbs in that shot.deschutestrout wrote:I pledge allegiance to the flag........Westy78 wrote:That first shot is amazing Stephan. Now that last one however. Could there be a more unflattering pic of me? What the hell was I doing?
