Yes, Pearl would like/needs a visit! Our son is getting married late June so we won't be available from approx June 19 - June 30. Let us know if that fits into your schedule and if so we will get our deposit in pronto!

Ruthanne & I would love to have you come help with our bus this year in Minneapolis. I am not sure yet what we should whittle down our concerns to. But I wanted to make sure we get on the schedule. At this point, our summer is flexible. We haven't decided yet if we are going to do our Yellowstone trip with the bus again this year, since we have a 1 yr old now. Anyway, we will be watching to see how the schedule formulates to see if we can secure a day or half-day with you. Thank you, Colin! Safe travels!

Miss Zora could use some TLC to ensure she makes it to and from Burning Man in late August/early September.
I'm replacing the wiring harness with a new one right now in hopes it will help me narrow down - or eliminate! - the ongoing issue of the intermittent bucking and chugging.

June would be a good time. Weather is lovely.

Colin, definitely interested but for the first time it will be on the 70 Fasty, engine running (somewhat) and rust repair going fairly well. Front inner fender repairs are done, rear seat/battery tray area will be done this week followed by the heater channel replacement, a skill test for sure.

When you arrive we will hopefully be able to focus on the FI/engine nuances associated with a Type 3. By the way the exhaust system has been replaced so no more mice debris, I promise. As always the May/June time frame would be best, spring in upstate NY.

Ooops, finally read all of the information related to the 2020 lap, unfortunately September in NY will not work as my youngest daughter is going to be married at that time. This will be followed by a trip that will take me out of the country for two weeks, so I am sure I will miss this years lap, very disappointed but nothing to be done.

The only dates that work in September are in the first week of the month, I'll cross my fingers that will work with the schedule.

78 Westfalia

- Air-Cooled 101 review
- Transmission assessment and plan
- Rust assessment and plan
- Electrical forensics:
1. Brake light circuit blows fuses
2. Horn - not working when it should, occasionally blows when it shouldn’t
3. Kitchen light - not lighting

- Evaluate the need to:
1. Replace all ball joints, DS tie rod end, sway bar bushings and align front end
2. Replace both rear engine mounts, oil cooler, cooler seals, front crank seal, dipstick boot

- Replace a few hoses
- Diddly stuff

Mid-to-late August? Stay tuned! Need your list as it develops.

Congratulations, take the one year-old with you!

but nothing to be done. That is not the voice of a CEO. We'll figure something out. I might be in the Squareback when I loop through.

Yes, we're definitely in for another IAC visit to St. Louis.

I'd like to replace the front beam on our '74 Westy (assuming I can find a good new-to-me front beam).

Per prior years, I'm limited to weekends and holidays. Family travel is still being sorted out so let me know your general time frame for this part of the country and we can hopefully lock down a date.

I'd like to get in for the first leg if it works with both our schedules. I'm In Athens, GA... I will hopefull be ready to put the new-to-me-motor in the bus and get it going. I am anticipating being ready no later than mid-march. If all goes well, is this a day job? I'd also like to put in a new windshield and plastigauge the original engine to make sure it is good to go for its rebuild. :salute:
