Switch whc03grady and lilpig88 around if you wanna be strictly West-to-East...he’s in Bozeman.

Done!
Have you met the lilpiggy family and their adorable lil piggy?
Do they live in a brick house? (recommended, seeing as they are lil piggies)

Not to worry. In the fable's current iteration, the big fat wolf eats cheeseburgers in bed and has emphysema.

July 27th works perfectly - if the baby comes that early, we have much bigger problems. Looking forward to learning a ton!

My date is perfect too. We leave for the two week family trip two days later. Yosemite and beyond this year. Maybe Moab etc. Might even take Bus 1 again after our visit and fine tune of the new engine with less than 200 miles on it.
I better get my deposit in....still choking on my taxes at the moment. :geek:

You should swing by Bloomington, IN in July if time permits. I need to show you the latest Volkswagens in the collection.

Well, I just brought home a 1979 transporter last evening and there was a spare (and complete) 2 liter and 091 trans in the cargo area (so it will need a middle seat, of course).
This bus makes #4 for bus, there is also a 1971 squareback, 1974 beetle, and 1963 deluxe beetle (still 6 volt and running a tired 40 horse engine).

I am ready to live and enjoy some VW! (and we can still discuss headliner for the sunroof bus as well if time permits)

I'm game for headliner but I must warn you, it is not a pretty picture when you first start "disassembling":

This is a headliner which has suffered water damage from the poorly designed sunroof, sir. It is not pretty now. To expedite the process, would you like the glass to be removed?
I seem to recall keeping the rods in place might be a benefit.

and p.s. the engine that I rebuilt in 2007 for this bus consisting mainly of used/ refurbished parts is still running, so there's that.

Well, we cannot discuss nuts and bolts until we have a scheduled amount of time set aside. Yes to removal of the interior (the whole interior) and all glass but the tailgate and sliding door when the moment draws close.
