Interested - having some Vanagon-related-uncertainty but am hoping that will get sorted out this coming weekend.

September 24 and 25 work perfect for me and Finn. Wife and daughter will be visiting a friend up in Seattle so my son and I will be itchin' for something fun to do.

I know nothing about either of the locations - Bob, what place do you prefer?

They're both pretty similar and close to one another. Black Wolf camp (the one that I know of...) has more space. Both are just southward of High Rock.
Attendance for these camps is very difficult to predict...some say YES and don't show, others don't say YES until the last minute etc. So maybe we can just shoot for Black Wolf Meadows Camp to be on the safe side.
The camp itself isn't terribly exciting, but the fixins' nearby are very special. I camped there once by myself in the fall, it was lovely.

The shape of the road looks like the side profile of a wolf head - is that the reason for the name or just a weird anomoly??
