The weather was most cooperative, fall colors incredible, busses packed into a bitty widdle campsite. Warm fires, hearts, food and spirits. A freeze took out the mushrooms though, chantrelle disappointment. No high dramas, lots of fun. Video at....well, some point.

Great GREAT weekend! I sure have neat friends...aw, let's have a big hug :geek: . VERY cool spot, neat hiking trails...a bit wet Friday, but sunny Saturday and not too terribly cold at night...although things did get a bit nippy last night. Thanks all for the sharing of times, food, blueberry beer (did you finally get rid of the 6 bottles Hammy?) Was a truely wonderful weekend. My bus looks suddenly funny just sitting here in the driveway. Ready for the next one....I'll post a proposed December date and place options (snow conditions considering) soon. Later, Mark

Yep, the ice in the icebox lasted and lasted and lasted.

Lots of these everywhere, but most mushroom remnants were mush.

These were just purty.

darn, Darn, DARN, DARN, DARN

Looks like a heckuva good time, guys. I was this close to joining you, but family matters intervened. Certainly no room in that tiny campsite for Frito, though. :blackeye:

Great pix as always. Makes us all feel like we were there. =D>

What was that wonderful looking concoction you were cooking with cherries and peaches or something? :bounce:

I wish there were enough bus owners around here to do something like that.
