Took about half an hour to get the poles staked and the top on and then probably another half an hour putting the sides up. I had lots of help. As soon as I pulled up, four guys came running out of the dust storm and started pulling stuff off the top of the bus and setting it up. It was amazing!

Tear down was longer because it was hot and I did not want to leave. :-)

It's a shield. I am a member of a medieval combat society. We use foam weapons and shields to bash each other with. I broke my hand at that event, made the 3 hour drive home fun.
