Except that the ad now says "Sale Pending".

I wonder if it would be rude to ask how much he got for it.

"Pending" does not mean it is sold!

I am trying to sell my house in Fresno. I accepted an offer. With the offer the buyer was supposed to give me a $500 check. The realtor put up a "pending" sign. It has been over a week now waiting for that check. Finally got ahold of the flakes today. They bought a different house. Signed contract does not mean squat without that down payment check!
Pending sign is down......

The pending sale should go through tomorrow or Monday. It has been in the works a long time.

To those who think the price is high, all I can say is that I have had *many* inquiries and requests for more pics, information, etc., as well as more than one serious offer to purchase, and nobody has complained about the price.

The European buyers are particularly interested and aggressive right now, but I am determined to keep this bus in the U.S.

Congrats'.

I tried to ply you and get a drive around the block, but you were firm. At any rate, good luck in life. Hope it all works out.

I guess it will.

This is kind of awkward...

You may need to adjust your crystal ball a bit...
Its practically a record-breaker. It may be a record-breaker. It was only a few years ago that you'd be called insane for asking half that much.

Hiya Guys,

Seems to me if money is the primary goal of the sale, one might be interested in trying to peddle their Bus to a Brit. $20,000US buys an average Bus over there and it's a hot market.
I have cancer.

It does not have me.

Bob D. wrote:LOL! A bit too much hyperbole in my post, maybe, but you know what I mean--buses are relatively cheap on the scale of "classics" or "hobby" cars (everytime I watch car auctions on TV I get a headache and/or nausea ;-) ), and for the right person a nice bus would be a fun weekend cruiser to add to their toy list. Who knows, though....

So yeah, I was the buyer.

Unbelievable . . . I never visited this thread?
