I'm filling in for two guys on vacation that week as receiving clerk. I'm the last one trained in that position so I won't be able to get the day off. It is an early shift though and Fridays have been light so I may be able to get out mid morning, say 10:00 or so. 2:00 at the latest.
Chorizo, it's what's for breakfast.

What if you request the time off ahead of time? It would be a shame to miss all the summer fun. I'm sure there will be a few more trips before the rain starts up again.

Dag nab, that is the weekend of the NW VW meet that we are helping out with.

How's everyone? I've been out of the loop for a couple weeks.

Wilson held up pretty well considering he had to ride on the dash to the last camp out. Haven' found his perfect spot in the new wagon yet.

Gypsie, can you bring yer chainsaw? Not sure if that road will be clear. Hell I'll betcha it's fine but it's good to be safe.

I'm a little surprised at the lack of interest for these trips..summertime is prime camp time, especially for a VW bus. But I guess most folks aren't comfortable with wilderness trips, or have plans for the summer. Any insights? Well I enjoy em' so as long as there is interest I'll keep posting something every couple months.
