Itinerant Air-Cooled

Heading out Thursday after work, have to take off early Sunday morning back to Portland, gotta be at work by 10AM. After being gone most of the month of May I don't wanna push my luck asking for another day off so soon...

We'll be there Saturday this year as I couldn't get Friday off... but may be staying Sunday night to make up for it!! Should we do another beer tasting or is it getting old. If we do, maybe we should make it non IPA as that's all anyone ever brings.

I bring porter and stout... and enjoy the hanging out and tasting.. hope we continue the tradition

I love IPA. I suppose I can bring it all for myself. ;p

im bringing some chili pepper ale, a double IPA and an Old Ale - too late to make it non-IPA's for me, sorry. I tried to pick the most interesting and tasty selections from my local breweries (that bottle and may not be available outside of the area)

Unfortunately Neal (your coming right?) - I checked Wildberries last night and they didn't have your IPA there anymore. I haven't seen it around lately so their distribution may have changed. There's one more spot to check before I head out...

Any unwanted IPA's can be brought to me. See you all next week! The pre-RendezVW scramble is on!

Have you stumbled across any barrel-aged Old Rasputin in your beer quest?

try as I have, unfortunately no. I pinged them directly and they said unless someone was sitting on some old stock it was highly unlikely id find any this time of year (this was about 6 weeks ago) - but I have a few spots left to check before heading out of town just in case. (less travelled grocers that don't do much volume, but carry good beer)

The barrel aged variety is a bit trickier to track down unfortunately

Yes, oh my yes, I just could not contain my excitement anymore at the thought of next weekend (!!!) snuck up on us again! Will be there. Chris, are you referencing the Nectar IPA? I've actually seen it in New Seasons groceries lately, or is it Whole Foods, in the Portland area.

It's been a spell, really looking forward to seeing folks, gonna actually make it to the Lab this Monday. Been too long.

I've just emailed Mark that, due to an illness in the family, I won't be able to make the RendezVW this year. You guys will just have to soldier through not having my tents there, and doing without my dulcet tones on the mandolin. I'll miss all of you, and hope to see you next year!
