Litchfield Schmitdzfield. Father's day is June 21st. Bring duct tape and baling wire...you may have an unexpected project to attend to.

satchmo won't be seen dead with my after my map-reading disability and Asstro/Vanagon rant.

It's gonna take something pretty drastic to keep me away from them Oregon IPAs, though.

Glasseye - might I recommend a Bus photography class? Say, an hour primer on light, framing, photoshop basics? Good and bad examples? HDR basics for us neophytes?

I would love to take pics as well as you, and have no problem trading beer and or wine for lessons.

I'm in. All we need is a laptop with a big screen (so more than two can view). My laptop is only 13".

It needs to run some version of Photoshop or GIMP, an open-source program that does most of what photographers need. Instead of $1000, it's free.
