When is the Litchfield Show? I want to take BobD Bus to that to share the love, Original Volkswagen Style. If Father's Day weekend really is later this year, can I pull both off?

Litchfield Schmitdzfield. Father's day is June 21st. Bring duct tape and baling wire...you may have an unexpected project to attend to.

We will be there. And may be dragging a few VW folks from Walla with us.

The beer tasting event should happen again, and I'll bring something other then Stella :geek:

Where's "Walla with us"? Isn't that just outside Heppner? :cherry:

Nice!

If you and Satchmo are coming to the event you could swing into town and scoop us up on the way to Maupin.

Perhaps you'd like some more 3,872 rpm in 4th gear Motoring With Amskeptic to Maupin once more?
I will photograph you in the Dorper, then haunt you forevermore as you mutter to yourself senselessly veering down the highway in the Sprinter, muttering useless rationalizations of how much better the Sprinter is, but your spirit, your Spirit will have nothing to do with small nattering adult justifications, your spirit will be crying inside as you attempt to out talk your inner truth, as you snap angrily at innocent children, as you curse sleeping dogs, as you slowly give in to the deep despair of snuffing out any last hope of the love that beat in your chest since you were held in your mother's arms, all because you ignored The Life, The Love, The Spirit, The Truth, The Joy, the unassailable joy. . . of driving in a windswept gorge in a VW bus on a beautiful day.

Glasseye - might I recommend a Bus photography class? Say, an hour primer on light, framing, photoshop basics? Good and bad examples? HDR basics for us neophytes?

I would love to take pics as well as you, and have no problem trading beer and or wine for lessons.

I'm in. All we need is a laptop with a big screen (so more than two can view). My laptop is only 13".

It needs to run some version of Photoshop or GIMP, an open-source program that does most of what photographers need. Instead of $1000, it's free.

I'd be happy to volunteer my services for a beer tasting lesson. You guys supply the beer and I'll taste it. =D>
