Hal seems to think it can be repaired with a bigger O ring and a nylon washer. Worth a try.

Forgot about this thread...
Wound up drilling out the mounting hole that was ovaled and pressing in a bronze bushing. After lubing the hell out of everything with food grade silicone, guess what it works better than new. A cheap fix.

Pump is EZ to take apart. When you do, check for slop in the pump mechanism. It should be fairly obvious. Mine was leaking out of the pump handle thru the housing.
Also replaced the O ring.
Don't lose yer screws! They are tiny.
Hal helped me source parts at his hardware store.

Every pump is different I'm sure. Take it apart and bring it into your local store. The fix was stupid easy. Even a new O ring will help.
