Bus Rear Cargo Hatch Swap

Has anyone ever swapped out the rear cargo hatch on their bus? I want to swap my 1978 hatch for my 1973 hatch.

I don't see anything in the Bentley for this procedure. I looked at the hinges and they seem rather complex.

I don't really have to do it. The 73 hatch doesn't have as much rust and I like the color on the 73.

Opinion, comments, and jokes at my expense are welcome.

As I recall, it's only two allen bolts on each bracket near the top of the hatch.

Really? Both buses are Westies. I just took a look near the hinges and didn't see anything but a bunch of thick metal rods. I'm guessing I have to remove all the shelving stuff before it will become clear to me.

Yep. Look along the edge of the hatch with it open, you'll see two allen bolts on either side.
