Rewiring '68 Bus Signal Lights

Post by vwbuff » Thu May 03, 2007 5:00 pm

We have a '68 bus with a signal light issue. When we got the bus, the wiring
under the dash was a mess and part # J, which is the emergency flasher,
is missing. I understand that you can get the signal lights working by
wiring two relays to replace the emergency flasher.

Can anyone tell me where I might find this info?

Thanks, Wayne

Split window electrical Type2 forum. Look in technical archives under 9-pin relay or thereabouts. 1968 was still using some splitty solutions.
