A few months back I changed the trans fluid (GL-4). Prior to the change, the trans was bone dry (no leaks). After 3-400 miles after changing the fluid, now notice that there are leaks coming from the axle shafts (on the trans side). Is this a result of the new fluid being "thinner", or just a co-inkydink ?
Anyone else experience the same thing????
Thanks

Different formula? Maybe the new one has aggressive detergent properties? How bad are the leaks?Mr Blotto wrote:A few months back I changed the trans fluid (GL-4).
