What did you use for break-in lubricant on the main and connecting rod bearings?

Carry it into the house tomorrow morning and set it on the dining room table .. which will be well-covered with cardboard before moving the engine. Bring it in tomorrow, do the endplay Tuesday or Wednesday.

Working in the cold sucks...

Ah blessed warmer rain.

Break in grease on the bearings. All is fine now. A balmy 40 degrees. I think I was just frazzled and frustrated. And very cold. Pulled the flywheel and had four shims in there. Doh!

Can't seem to hit .004 for the life of me, but have a very solid .003 erring on the plus, not the minus. I'm going with it. Without flywheel, yes, all kinds of end play. Things are fine.
