Another vote for lower.

i like the added detail with the shovel. FWIW - If you could do something custom for $50ish, that would be cool.

Here is what I did for jackstar's bus after the cat skidded on a freshly painted tailgate. This could be fun, and deservedly expensive . . .

I am currently inquiring of quality and sun/water resistance. I totally refuse to sell crap, period.
I recently went through this and sprang for the 3x more expensive options to be certain my stickers wouldn't mind repeated pressure-washings. I am happy with Sticker Mule at the moment, and would recommend their services.

I'd pay more for a custom sticker, especially if I could get a run of a few of them.

Well how do you like that?
I, not three minutes ago, PM'd vwlover77, "I'm going with Sticker Mule".
I say we must be at the vanguard of teaching people to PAY DAMMIT for quality, quality of idea, quality of proposal, quality of execution, and quality of life.
You'll have a helluva time when you see the prices for quality vs. garbage t-shirts. Worth it, but not easy to sell.

If I can purchase the original signed art work used for the bumper sticker that I can get mounted and framed, I'd pay a lot more than $50.... and I bet there's a lot of folks out there that would do the same.

Although my first bus is long gone, I still have a framed hubcap my dad gave me for Christmas one year (you may have seen it). Circumstances at some point may require me to sell the bus, but no reason why I can't keep the art work until I"m pushing posies.

Numbers? Brand? What does a garbage t-shirt do that a quality t-shirt won't? Do you think I have t-shirts in my future?
Gawd, I don't get along with capitalist self-promotion.
Colin
For my generic grey shirts, I pay $11.50 and a trip downtown to the store. They're thick, and good for wrenching in, but don't leave much for the aesthetic department. I find them uncomfortable at times. The shirts I really want, with proper-human-body-fit and embroidered bus on the breast pocket and custom internal tag with valve/dwell/timing settings instead of washer/dryer settings will cost me about $36 per shirt.

I don't think anybody should have shirts in their future. It's entirely miserable. But I do find a vast majority of people enjoy stickers.

I have seven generic stickers here. The art seems a little too subtle, but it is a lovely delicate sort of thing like most of my art has ever been (remember those Maupin shirts 2007 ?)

With the above first review noted, and a change forthcoming in the contrast and saturation with the next order, please place your order for a current generic sticker at $10.00 [plus shipping] in my PM inbox.

Ordered. I have found "first class" mail (BYO packaging) to be substantially cheaper to ship my shirts and stickers. It's a 13oz limit, I think, but anything shy of a 1600 connecting rod should ship fairly economically that way.

Where is the super premium price to have a specialized bumper sticker of one's own VDub? Inquiring minds want to know. :)
