Corvair Greenbriar Buses

Post by amishman » Thu Sep 21, 2006 4:33 pm

I knew about corvairs but did not realize they made rear engined buses also to compete with VW back in the hay day. I stumbled across this ride and here is a link to a page about them. Interesting to see what they did to copy VW.

Enjoy.

Those are cool, hard to compete with the VW bus though :yawinkle:

Someone who posts over on TS put a Corvair motor in his 72' and it looked beautiful....not sure if you used the powerglide tranny or not though...
