I'm glad to see that someone at O'Reilly Auto has a sense of humor:

Things are getting wacky out there, look at the Nat. Weather Svc:
CONFIDENCE IS NOT AS HIGH...BUT THE POTENTIAL ALSO EXISTS FOR
WINTRY PRECIPITATION IN THE NORTHERN WILLAMETTE VALLEY...AND IN
CLARK COUNTY AND COWLITZ COUNTY ALONG THE I-5 CORRIDOR IN
SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON. PLENTY OF UNCERTAINTY EXISTS AT THIS
TIME...PARTICULARLY IN REGARDS TO ANY POTENTIAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS.

MARCH HAS BEEN KNOWN TO ROAR IN LIKE A LION...OR MEANDER IN AS A
GENTLE LAMB. IT APPEARS THAT 2014 MARCH MAY JUST BE A YOUNG LION.

Not sure why Hambone's posting this here, but... what the heck. I'll pile on ->

Don't bother complaining about a mildish late winter storm in Oregon. I've seen pictures of Model Ts parked on the Willamette in the middle of downtown Portland. When it's so effing cold the Willamette freezes over, you can complain.

And again I quote:
"MARCH HAS BEEN KNOWN TO ROAR IN LIKE A LION...OR MEANDER IN AS A
GENTLE LAMB. IT APPEARS THAT 2014 MARCH MAY JUST BE A YOUNG LION."
It is odd for a gov agency to wax poetic. That is all.

A gem from the Internal Revenue Service:

"If you underpay the estimated quarterly tax,
you will be required to pay a penalty not less
than the sum total of the underpayment or
25% whichever is greater as per Form 1040 ES."

Damn thing even rhymes.
