Will it not be amazing to see him behold his first warm spring day?

Can't wait! There have only been TWO days that we've been able to get out on a stroller walk and you could just see his senses working overtime to take it all in... the sky, the birds, the trees, the noises of the cars on the street going through puddles!

Lookin' good!
Our son is 14 months and we know just what you mean about being cooped up this winter. A Midwest campout seems in order this season.

Well, better late than never right? Got the first camping trip as parents under our belt and he loved it!
Amazing how much more 'stuff' you need to bring to support one additional tiny person!

Aww.
A friend of mine said I was "Nuts!" just yesterday when I told her I wanted another one. (Ruth and Emmett are 15 and 11.)

And you may have figured something out already, but my kids always slept with me, anywhere and everywhere. I just did as suggested above--made sure all edges of the bed/cot etc. were blocked off.

Awesome Sped, Making some great memories. Our daughter who is now 15 has been bus camping her whole life with us and loves it.
We finally got some perfect camping weather here in Wisco...after dodging tornado's for a couple of weeks.

Thanks, everyone! Thanks to a rather unexpected turn of fate we are now expecting baby #2 to arrive in November! Things are going to be crazy for awhile for sure. :)

Wow, ultrasound technology is pretty advanced these days. Feels strange how unknown this portion of the "baby process" is despite being parents already. Anyway, it's a girl!
