How to post picture

Post by cheesehead » Thu Aug 29, 2013 9:13 am

I cant find how to post a picture in a message. Does it need to be on a picture posting website or can it just come from my computer?

It has to be online somewhere, and someplace publicly accessible.

You can upload it to your message as an attachment. Look in the lower left corner just below the message box.

I had the same problem-I could not figure out how to post pics on here. First, they have to be online. Once you have the photo opened up, here are the instructions that Colin posted to help me. This works:

jivermo, try this experiment (or if anyone has a better idea chime in please). Right click each photo and hit "copy URL" then paste in your post. Highlight it and hit the Img button above (it will be there).

Then you will have a
Will that work? I did a couple of tests, but I do not know which pictures go where, so I stopped.

Here is an example of what you are looking for

They don't have to be. You can just upload them as an attachment to your message from your computer. I just learned this from Zabo about a week ago One caveat though. I think you are limited to one image per message this way.

There is no limit to the number of pics you can add using the sites built in image uploader.
To do this follow these steps

1. Click Post reply button so you can access the full editor not the "quick reply"
ishot-10.jpg
2. Click Upload attachment tab, then click "choose file" and navigate to the jpg on your hard drive. Then Click "Add The File"
ishot-11.jpg
3. Click "place inline" if you dont click place inline your images will be shown as attachments at the bottom of your post

4. repeat steps for additional images
