Bummer but understandable. How is Fairfax and the rest of the Sir Francis Drake Blvd area these days? Haven't been through there in years, did some work on a house in Kentfield for the owner of the parts store I worked at before we moved to Oregon. Seemed nice enough at the time, but that was like .. 2002.

b) it won't be too difficult of a decision. $399.00 is a small price to pay for ventilation and visibility and fun for kids factor.
