Those small trucks are in fact Daihatsu trucks. They are street legal. They offer versions with a dump bed as well.

She's back now and getting rained on almost every day here in sunny south FL till the cooling system gets flushed and the other fluids asl well as general stuff like timing belt too.
Starts right up and wants to go! Also added the RV style bracket to tow her up the the Garage Mahal north of Tampa so she can start
earning her keep on the farm! don't worry it's removable!
