I met 78 year old Spanky in St. George, SC., a town of 2000. He has one bus, pictured, and 9 sedans. All are in top condition. A real gentleman, he gave me a sparkplug wire set for my bus, and would not hear of me paying him for it. All of his VW's are Automatics/AutoSticks.

Back roads in Georgia piney woods. I hit a pothole on this road, called "Mrs. Road", and cracked one of my exhaust pipes in the heat exchanger.
