Quick question

Post by 72Hardtop » Sat Jul 21, 2012 9:38 pm

What is the bolt size for the bolts (3) that hold the deflector tin/s in place? This is on a Type-4 engine. The tins I'm talking about are above the push-rod tubes on the lower side of the cylinders. I'm missing (1) head side.

There are two normal engine tin screws at the case ends. There is one special little tiny screw per deflector at the cylinder head ends, like a 4mm x1.25? I'd use a bolt, because if you strip out the slot on the screws, life gets miserable. Use anti-seize < hint.
