Rebuilt 2.0 is installed and currently has about 200 miles on it. Running great! The rebuilt 091 is no longer leaking, found out someone had cut the input shaft (purchased from a baja guy).
Also got some new Hankook tires fitted
Taking off on a road trip the day after Easter. Heading to Colton,OR to see family then a long easy cruise back home (LA)
Couple small things to fix before taking off but i'm getting real excited about the trip.

Enjoy! I am leaving in ..... ten minutes .... myself, for a 25,000 mile odyssey around the country in an overloaded Westy.

Trying! I witnessed TEN guardrail incursions in 38 miles of Atlanta metro interstate.
Today, an SUV flipped itself over on a surface street during zabo & son test drive.
Sheesh,

Been a while since I have been on this site. Hope all is well with everyone.
Sadly Toaster was sold to purchase a piece of property. Currently have a 68 Ghia I purchased and a 69 Transporter (buddy passed last year in a car accident, I purchased from his wife) and a 59 panned Ghia with a later model body that is a full race car.

Ill be starting a couple new threads soon on the Bus and Ghia
