73 Square in the junkyard

Post by Sylvester » Mon Oct 08, 2007 6:07 am

Very sad to see as always, went to pull a part this weekend and there was a 73 Square. Tag said 86, so it had been sitting. No engine or trans, not in horrible shape but soon to be gone. Did have a rusty roof rack on it. I salvaged the speedo out of it.
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue, I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace. Where never lark, or even eagle flew. And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod, The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Is it the screwed-to-the-roof variety or the clamps-to-the-raingutter version?

Clamp-on, it'd be worth grabbing even if rusty .. as long as it isn't rusted through anyplace. Screwed-in isn't worth a damn in the T3 world..
