Im new!

Post by kool aid » Sun Sep 03, 2006 10:57 am

Wow! I found this site a day or so ago and have been lurking. Well, today i decided to register and join in the festivities. I have been a long time lurker over at the Samba too. I see lots of the same names/avtars between the two sites. What gives?

Amseptic and Sluggo, is it truly better to rule in hell than to serve in heaven?

Just curious!

Welcome. Your philosophical musings look like they will add some flavor.

The pull-up style training diapers are the worst - when there's a healthy load contained within, the only safe way to remove it is to tear apart the whole mechanism, and hope to God that none of the awful contents spill out onto the rug, your lap, or your plate of beans. The other day, my daughter runs up to me with a removed diaper spilling poop, and a clean one in her hand, how delightful...

I thought it was *very* coherent and *very* related. And not babble. Made perfect sense to me.

The better measure of character is how you react to that which you do not understand.

I seem to be the only one not connecting the dots. I asked a real question and got a "my daughter brought me a dirty diaper that was dripping poo" answer. Ok, I admit it, I dont get it.

I . . . I. . . I didn't get it either. But I have had my moments with apple-juice induced diaper disasters where you are begging them not to kick or squirm. . .

So about this rule in hell vs serve in heaven thing,
is it to "rule" if you provide a framework for interactions
whose members you request self-directed moderation/editing?

Is it to serve heaven if you do not rule your own Conscience
to mirror the best of your spiritual understanding?

Very deep. And understandable when put into perspective. I wasnt looking to create controversy, just asked a question. I respect your reasons at any rate.

Before anyone comes in here I recommend wading boots. It's getting pretty deep. Oh, and try to ignore the smell.
