For Sale; 1975 Bay Window Passenger Seat $100

Post by BellePlaine » Mon Mar 08, 2010 3:31 pm

This is the passenger seat from my 1975 Bay Window Bus. It is for sale for $100 plus shipping costs. I just repadded this seat last Spring with WW coconut fiber seat pads. I'm selling this seat because I've decided to install a later model seat and a swivel pedestal. If you are interested in the driver's side seat cover, I could throw that in with the deal too.

why install a swivel pedestal when you can't swivel it all the way around?
are you going to cut down the divider?

And if so, is any structural reinforcement necessary?

Yes, and...

...this is what I'm told. I saved the triangle gusset from my '76 parts bus to weld into place.

I'm thinking that if no one has a need for this seat, I'll keep it myself to use on a future project. Please delete this thread. Thanks.
