Sliding door side curtain rods

Post by dhoch14 » Tue Jun 09, 2009 9:32 am

I've got the rest of the rods, but somehow lost the sliding door and rear right rods in a move across the country.

Anyone NWsters have them or know where I can score em'?

I don't know how much of a *stock enthusiast* you are, but we ended up using bungee cords for this. Colorful, easy to get and much cheaper!

You could try Ken Madsen at The Bus Co. Even if they aren't listed on his site, he may have them:

I've met him a few times. Really? Huh. Hope he's OK.

EDIT: Looks like he updated his website three days ago. Can't be all that MIA.

For clarification, I think he is just busy and not answering email. I think I read that on another thread.

Call him. His phone number is on his website. I was the one who posted his status in the other thread. He is NEVER too busy for customers. He responds to all the e-mails he gets. Apparently, he isn't getting some.

When in doubt, go old-school, call him.

I'm not sure which sliding door curtain rod you're referring to ... the original track that all the little glides glide in, or the aluminum bar that matches the rest of the curtain rods.

If you mean the latter, and if you're going to Maupin (or know somebody who can pick it up for you there) I can give you the one I took off my Westie. I took it off to expose the track, and my curtains now have the glides.

aluminum bar is what I'm looking for.

Sadly, I'm not going to maupin this year. I'll see if one of the locals can pick-it-up for me.
