Arm rest hardware needed

I'm putting my front door panels back on my '76 westy. I went to attach the passenger side arm rest when I noticed the plastic piece that the screw goes into (it kind of snaps (sets) was missing.

Does anybody have one of these, plus the screw, that they would love to let go for cheap?
