Re: Merry Christmas, Y'All!
#14 of 3 here. We spent our Christmas celebrating the littlest one's 3rd birthday. She got new tires for her Skuut.
For Solstice our big gifts were a pressure canner, one of those Kitchenaid mixers that became all the rage about 20 years ago, and an American Girl doll (thus grudgingly ending my ban on hard-headed dolls). No plastic trash, really.

Re: Merry Christmas, Y'All!
Bleyseng-Merry Christmas to you, but that is not an air-cooled vehicle, up there in the Blue Mountains. It's old, but it ain't air. That Blue mountain coffee is a great bean...I'm sure Colin would love the stuff. Jamaica is a wonderful place once you get back in the countryside...in the towns, not so much. I spend my time fending off people who want to braid my hair, or sell me dope.

Re: Merry Christmas, Y'All!
I think I'll be passing by next week but, outrageously, they've built houses over half of the track.

Re: Merry Christmas, Y'All!
I should note - I'm in the village of Danbury right now, old home of "Danbury Motorcaravans" who made very popular campers in the UK.
They moved to Bristol and the old site is now a 'Muscle Gym'..

We are with family and go to where all the locals hangout, no tourists. Got 2lbs of the coffee we helped to roast and its really awesome..... I have seen one Vanagon here.Jivermo wrote:Bleyseng-Merry Christmas to you, but that is not an air-cooled vehicle, up there in the Blue Mountains. It's old, but it ain't air.
