So trying to figure this out as well- I see the cable going from the hub into this black box (egr box??)
then another to the gauge. What does this box do? Is there something screwy inside causing the spedo not to work?
Should i bypass it?
thanks

Diagnose where the interrupted rotation is occurring.zabo wrote:So trying to figure this out as well- I see the cable going from the hub into this black box (egr box??)

Does the cable to the speedometer spin when you turn the wheel off the ground?
If no, does the cable to the box spin when the wheel is rotated? Figure out the failure point.
Cables often slip out of the dust cap, check that your cable is sticking out of the middle of the left dust cap.
