Secret Santa Appointment

Post by Amskeptic » Sat Jun 14, 2014 6:56 am

If you would like to contribute to the Itinerant Air-Cooled Secret Santa Appointment fund, please let me know. There is an appointment that I must execute in the name of All That Is Good In This World.

I dig it. Are there any clues as to how bad of a case is this?

Maybe some instructions on how to do that: You want Paypal with a note that IDs secret santa as the reason?

It is not a "bad" case, it is a worthy case and the help would reach way in to soul that deserves a serious break, and a Volkswagen that deserves as much time and attention as I can give it. I am a little nervous here, because I would hate to trounce on a person's pride or dignity or violate privacy or anything.
I will match the grants with my own investment and time.

Paypal would be most efficient and the comments section can be reserved to state this gift. It would then be free of hated fees. If the recipient of this hoped-for community effort wants to remain anonymous or make known their name, I would be happy to defer to their wishes.

If there was a way for me to establish a permanent sliding scale/community fund for this Itinerant Air-Cooled enterprise so that we can reach a broader spectrum of people who love their old Volkswagens but keep deferring badly needed attention, I'd get on it in a heartbeat.

Very nice of you to come by, while you are hanging out here in the Northwest. You know that politician gig of mine is just not as lucrative as it once was, and your helping a down and out hack like me is wonderful.

We'll leave the light on for you, but try to come before dark, that damn electrical bill is a killer.

I sent in a bit extra when I paid my balance due after my appointment. Easy enough. Can't hurt the Karma...
