In the "comment" box, please (MUST) put your username/real life name,
your address, and your phone number
.

Once your deposit has posted, you get an IAC certified red D next to your name in the 2013 Itinerary - updated **/**/13 list.
that is my contractual obligation to be at your door at 9:00AM on the listed day
(ask how many people over the past ten years have not found me at their door at the appointed time on the appointed day demanding coffee - except Mitch, don't ask Mitch)

Deposits are non-refundable if you screw up our date or your household finances collapse between now and your appointment. Let the sting be soothed by your willingness to consider it as a contribution to a worthy cause to help your fellow forum members keep their beloved VWs healthy.

Deposits are happily refunded if I screw up, or if any other unforseen interruption, like some brown cow going lame, should occur.
I will endeavor to meet you halfway, and I expect that you will extend similar effort to work with me if I am delayed by a mechanical issue, like ... say, rebuilding the generator in a national forest, or whatever the challenge Chloe may throw at me this year.

Deposits are a mandatory prerequisite. If you are an old-timer Itinerant Air-Cooled customer, we can be flexible. If you are a newbie, not yet. These deposits not only help me breathe easier, but I think they might help distribute the financial load on you more easily too.

This is another make-or-break year for me as far as being able to offer this service. Heck, it has been ten years of make-or-break, let's just say it is a make-or-break life I lead. And I refuse to trade it in.

I believe so. There was another Coloradoan asking me on some other thread if I would travel to Colorado. I said something rude like, "yes, I'd be delighted to."

Hey there Colin. I know you are in Maupin for the rally, so I will wait for your response. This is Kris Hargis from Portland. I have a date scheduled for the 23rd or 24th of June, i just need a half day of you time, probably more like a half a month, but hey. I got a call from Mike, your appt. for the 18th and he wanted to switch dates with me. He said he was going to see you at the rally, so i am flexible on dates and also, I didn't know what the half day cost was, so I could make my pay pal deposit. Thanks, Kris Hargis
