That's right. We'll go next week. I told him I'd jump on it and get some stuff fixed up.
We wanna do the Baja 500 in next summer or 2010. Maybe you could look at that '65 and see what it needs to get ready for the class 11 stock sedan race? (Seriously) :pirate:

Colin is avoiding the deer and on his way to Cleveland right now...

I'd say he got a workout while up here... Just wait to see what we got done in one day...

In the morning my bus looked like this... Wait till you see the pictures of what it looks like now!

That headliner is shot.
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue, I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace. Where never lark, or even eagle flew. And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod, The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Other than the headliner though, it's pretty nice, HAH? Sure it is.

Write-up and pics to follow on the last page of the 2008 Itinerary - it was a long day! Many thanks Colin for an outstanding learning experience.

Speaking for me (and probably a lot of other folks).........Thanks! This whole Bus caretaker business in which we are all engaged just would not be the same without you. Your experience and insight helps to open our eyes.

Now............take some time off and decompress. Go get the new Colinmobile. Play with it a bit. Have fun. Then go hole up and get that book finished!
