If the bus up and running by then, I will consider making the trip over. The next week will tell alot regarding engine re-rebuilding.

My 30th class reunion is on the 18th and I have to be at Anderson VW early on Sunday to work the show. Camping sounds like fun and I've heard Marengo Ridge is a pretty cool place.

I just got a call from a local VW buddy that wants to ride out with me Friday and camp. So I'm planning on it now.

Do we need reservations at the campground?

You can make them. I guess we should. Let's coordinate our effort there is a pair of campsites that we can nail down and will provide a good base camp, I think it is 11 and 12.

Its a maybe at this point. My wife has a party to attend and we are checking to see if Carrie's mom can watch the little guy(1.5 yrs old) - I should know by next week.

I am out - wife has plans and I will be home watching the kids - if the boy was a little more manageable(18 months) I would bring the kids. There is still an outside chance the grandparents will babysit. If anything changes I will let you know.
