Bus Chain Gang at Convict Springs 1/25-27, Mayo Florida

Post by steve74baywin » Wed Dec 05, 2007 11:49 am

This will be the 4th annual Bus Chain Gang at Convict Springs campout.
I have been all three years past and I enjoy it alot. We have volks travel from NC, SC, GA, KY and more each year to escape the cold and do some camping in temps from the 40's to 70's.
There is no major agenda planned, just good fellowship with friends old and new.
Any questions feel free to post here. You don't need to reserve a spot but you can if you want to. I usually do. Here is the website for campground.

Jeenkies, only 5 hours from me.
Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue, I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace. Where never lark, or even eagle flew. And, while with silent, lifting mind I've trod, The high untrespassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

Bumping up, about a week away...
We should have a good turn out once again.....
It is very common for many to cook up items for breakfast burritos Saturday morning, potluck Saturday night and a big pot of chilli....
Firewood is always welcome, bring booze, drink it and have fun...
