Fire is easy; put your hand out palm-up, point your fingers upwards and wiggle them to vaguely resemble flickering flames. Ent .. may be problematic. They do walk, so perhaps a pair of fingers "walking"?

Good campout all. Even if it was damp, drizzly, and soggy. It was complete with a roadside evaluation and conclusion that can be expounded upon by the Gypsie.

If you ever want to really appreciate your bus spend a couple nights sleeping in a tent in the clouds in a mummy bag. Man was I missing my comfy bus bed last night.

Well yo go down to the water and yo flash yo bait, if yo lookin fo a cat fish baby, yo ain,t got long to wait. Cat fish ain,t spensive , nether are they free, sum folk care about them, other care to let them be.

Great time, thanks everybody! Best trip yet in spite of the obsticles. Nothing like 2 days in the rain, to come back to bone-dry Portland...
I'm tired and my soul is still 1/2 out there. back to work, you.

Ents are inhabitants of Tolkien's Middle Earth. They are trees that the Elves awakened during the First Age. Dates? With advance warning I should be able to take a couple days. My problem this time around was more .. too short of notice to get the time off.
