We almost had a tradition started for High Rock Springs on Labor Day a few years back...

Regardless of location I can't get that Saturday off at this point. Could potentially do the week after, tho with my schedule I'd have to do Thursday/Friday and head home Saturday morning...

we spent four days up at lake quinault in the less desirable of the two campgrounds. it's like staying at a motel 6 without walls. i, also, am ready for something really unpeopled. i like this hal weekend schedule, i can get a bunch of stuff done earlier in the week and the traffic is lessened.

We just returned from three days at Ollalie lake as well. Been there the last 4 or 5 years about the same time. Brought the mother in law this time. Was a great trip with great weather. I'll post a couple shots a bit later. Was thinking I might run into Hambone up there but didn't.

Stayed at Peninsula then Paul Dennis. Would have been uncanny to see you out there!
Eva just started school so it will be a couple of weeks until I figure out what days I can sneak out. For now, weekends.
Man only 2 days back, I sure miss it. Lifestyle by the sun rise and set.
