Noah's Maiden Voyage

Post by NakedonaHorse » Tue Jul 16, 2013 9:25 pm

We decided on our destination very last minute and headed out Saturday evening, to arrive only an hour before sunset. But luckily we made it there, and we made it back. Yay! Unfortunately I did get a flat upon parking on the street by my house. (parked in the same spot I got the flat two weeks ago, and again it was the drivers front kinda creepy.)

I discovered that I had a screen for the back door, which was perfect for the warm day. Althea couldn't figure out why she couldn't get in bed though.

Ok I can't figure out how to post more images so you guys are out of luck.

Pomeranian, that is the type of dog I was trying to remember at the Lucky Lab. Is yours a Pomeranian?

At the Humane Society they said that Althea was a spaniel mix, but everyone has their own guess. She is really mixed up I think, but definitely has some Fox in there some where.
We went to High Rocks.

Nice spot. Beautiful views. Kinda cool to be atop a big chunk of the rock and look out to see the other big chunks o' the rock...

I'm glad you were able to get out there.

I see that easel over there...

Any chance we get to see your efforts?...

LOL! It was to hot to stand in the sun that long, so we just used the easel to hold up Kevin's solar panel to charge our phones.

Regarding the flats - there is someone, or a group of someones, trolling through NE Portland punching holes in people's tires. Did they find a nail or something in them?

Whoever they are, they are jerks! Hundreds of tires already I guess.

Hmm, that's not cool! I haven't gotten around to getting the tires fixed yet, I have to finish this painting in the next couple days so I don't exist in the world until it is done.

Whoa, it's a ghost in the machine... a nonexistent entity has just posted in the virtual world. it must be a "postergeist"... :geek:

Soon the paint will be drying and the world will be yours to be in again. good luck.
