Surely your body will hold up for one more day!
My Bus drives better than it ever has after my visit last week.

You should have started the endurance training months ago. You are in trouble! I'll tell you a little secret, Colin, is really a VW robot that runs on cigarettes and diet coke. Good luck, Blotto.

PS Did you move out of Lincoln Park?

Yup - we moved out to the northern burbs (ouch!). We really loved living in the city, but wanted a yard, garage, etc.

I better take a few more ibuprofens tonight....

Dang tootin'. . . I cause mind strain. See you between 9:00 and 9:30, depending on Chicago traffic. It is supposed to rain on-off so I hope your garage is habitable.

Just cleaned the garage out for your visit, however unless we deflate the tires a bit - she aint going to fit in!!!

I will have the coffee brewing for you. Need anything for breakfast? I make a killer homeade Egg McMuffin....

Perhaps my bus can go in the garage so we don't have to open/close the sliding door a million and one times as we search for little tools and all. If we back your bus to the door, the open tailgate might be suitable as a rainroof or platform for a little tarp . . . I say "thou shalt not raineth."

Colin I have not been checking this post, but I just sent you a pm about the 12th. If you need to change that date due to appetite let me know. I am wide open after the 19th if you want to swap us.

Also, this is my working environment. Not the best, but doable. Let me know if you can think of anything we may need. i.e. Blankets and some cushions for ye old bones?

^^^A tarp garage? I always wanted one of those for these situations. That's cool.
Did you make it or get a kit?

I can work anywhere. I just whine like a baby when it is raining or below 60*.

I don't know about that - it was both raining and below 60 yesterday, yet you worked in your cut-off shorts and I heard no whining... :joker: :joker:

Tried the "me made" approach once and it didn't last long at all. It is located across the street from a lake and though it is small, we still get hit with some strong wind gusts.
This one i bought as a kit last year and it is doing well so far.
