1972 Type II Camper Riviera/Westy
The time has come to sell our 72 camper. Sad to see it go, but we must move on to other adventures. It's been a faithful steed. NO RUST EVER camper in the midwest for $7500, come and drive it or pass the ad below on to someone you know.

Good luck with the sale, Ryan!
Sorry to hear that buses won't be in your near future, but maybe further down the road!

Re: 1972 Type II Camper Riviera/Westy
Thank-you guys. What an incredibly difficult decision. I realize that I will most likely never own another, considering the prices of campers.

You might think that now, with other priorities and such. Wait and see. They have a way of finding you.Ryno wrote:Thank-you guys. What an incredibly difficult decision. I realize that I will most likely never own another, considering the prices of campers.

Heck if it isn't eating anything, I would keep it!

Haha!...they do eat though(cash). And I don't like it sitting on the shelf, someone needs to use it.Sylvester wrote:Ryno wrote:Thank-you guys. What an incredibly difficult decision. I realize that I will most likely never own another, considering the prices of campers.

Tough decisions. But acreage does have an appeal all it's own. They do have a way of finding you, don't shut that door too hard. Best of luck, how are the morels this year?

Thank-you again. We had an early and fast season for morels and asparagus this year. We need rain. Bad.

Re: 1972 Type II Camper Riviera/Westy
I almost got rid of mine a few times by now, too. I'm getting too old and sore to crouch over bus parts for hours at a time while sitting in a pool of oil. And they do eat the cash and time. I lovbe them, but have a whiole life outside of old VWs.
