3rd Annual Deschutes River RendezVW! Maupin, Oregon

Post by deschutestrout » Fri Dec 07, 2007 5:08 pm

Here we go again folks!

Plans are underway for the 3rd Annual Deschutes River RendezVW, being held in Maupin, Oregon on the banks of the Deschutes River.....June 13-15 (Father's Day weekend).

For those of you unfamiliar with Maupin, we're located in north-central Oregon, approx. 2 hours east of Portland, and 1 1/2 hour north of Bend.

Last year, 50 or so Volkswagens enjoyed a weekend of camping, live music, great food, fishing, whitewater rafting, and just hangin'.

This is a fun, fun, fun, family-friendly event you don't want to miss!

To simplify things this year, I've added PDF's of the informational flyer, and registration form. Simply complete the form and mail (or email) it back to me.

Flyer http://www.deschutesriveroasis.com/flyer08pdf.pdf
Registration http://www.deschutesriveroasis.com/resform08.pdf

Hope to see you all in Maupin in June! If you have questions, hit me with them. Thanks, Mark

We'll be there Mark.

A word of warning to all:

Avoid Westy78's Stroh 180.

Wish I had.

Ah come on John, it wasn't that bad was it? Perhaps Mr. Stroh just doesn't get along with Mr. Jäger. :drunken:

'Fraid I'm gonna miss this year. Dad wants to go camping with all his boys at Diamond Lake for Father's Day this year. Unless you want to do it the next weekend just for me Mark. :joker:

If anyone within driving distance hasn't made this it's well worth it. Mark puts on a great event.
Chorizo, it's what's for breakfast.

Remember the dude with the cowboy hat that stood up, then fell over in a glorious summersault but still saved his guitar?
