This is a passable mix. Not perfect but if one needs to absolutely try to match with hardware store materials,here is another option.
The quality of the pigments is critical. Taigagrun, for example, has to have a "chrome yellow" or "bright yellow" or you get an army tent green.

Yep, I thought that hurt my statistical chances for getting it right.

I dug up my student grade oil paint just to muck around some more.

My rustoleum.yellow, and green both seem to lack deep intensity....but yeah,.they were free.
More experiments in off white color to follow.//ek
