O-RINGS

Oringsandmore

On-line vendor, vast selection of o-rings in many materials and sizes.
They have a bunch of odd metric sizes that would be hard to find elsewhere,
and they have no problem with shipping small quantities.

I ordered a packet of 25 14x1.5 mm silicone o-rings from them last month. I'm intending to try them out as lock cylinder seals on my front door locks, as the originals seals have dried up and crumbled. The cost of the o-rings, including shipping, was between $8 and $9.

Here's why I feel this company deserve special mention: my original order had apparently been "misplaced" by USPS, whose tracking system obdurately claimed that it had been delivered into my mailbox, but was never received on my end. When I mentioned this to Oringsandmore in response for their request for a review, they promptly sent out a replacement order, even though it was clearly not their fault that USPS had failed to deliver. They could have just as easily brushed me off and said "tough luck, bro, take it up with USPS", but they stepped up. Kudos for that.
