it's hard to say. it's one of those things where nothing happening at all seems like a positive result.

that is to say that ive ran these on all of my busses both before and after doing the H4 upgrade and have never had a broken lens.
I don't run these on my beetle and have had one crack already within 4 months of switching.

those chrome ones shown in my earlier post - this is them. I ended up ordering them and love em so far. I like the way they mount especially, using little tabs that hold them in place. previous ones ive had didn't have a way to mount, so id always just zip tied them to the ring that holds the bulbs in place.
