Bird Nest Behind The Instrument Cluster

By any chance, do you have a pic of a undisturbed original wiring.

I am sure, all my wires are conected right; However:
All my wires have been confused, the 8 points conector is dangling in the middle of them....I doubt it was wired like that in Germany february 1974.

You can spend an enjoyable weekend re-routing wires to allow you to neaten up the harnesses and connectors. There are tabs at the fresh air plenum and a couple at the steering column support that help hold all the others in place. Note too, that the fuse box traps a big harness behind it. This is an entertaining game to figure out how best to route wires.

The wires under the fuse box are not messed; This gives me a good start for cleaning the mess.
It's quite amazing; It seems some mad electrician, disconected all, shuffled everything, and then reconected.
Now, that is a sort of new puzzle for some long winter evening.

My electrical system has never been messed with. I have no need to take it apart. But hopefully others will see your request.
