78 bus 2.0

Injection harness had a blue plug, can't figure out what it goes to, one went cold start. When l put a jumper wire on it, the fuel pump charges up. If anyone could call me 706.825.1674 . Thanks in advance Don B.

The harness has the 4 gray plugs for the injectors, my question is on the harness on the left side has a blue plug. Diagram shows it to plug into cold start valve( brown) but the cold start valve I thought plugged into a harness and is under the pleuimn .The only way I could get the fuel pump to work was to put a jumper wire into the blue plug. Also what is the best electronic ignition, or is it best to stay with points?

I like the Pertronix 2 as your timing stays dead on once you set it. Points wear so your timing slowly goes off. Now I do keep a points set as a spare just in case and they have come in handy twice to help some poor bus that needed a set in 10 years since I installed the electronic ones.

Cold start injector plug should be bluish-green, same color as the 4 injectors. The brown plug goes to the thermo-time switch, mounted underneath the cold start injector. The thermo-time switch is what activates the cold start injector.

I also have a Pertronix 2.
