oil cooler mount torque

71 Westy, 1600DP Stock--I cant find the torque for the oil cooler mount to the case anywhere. I know that the cooler to the mount is 5 foot lbs, but what about the 3 13mm nuts that mount to the case?

Yeah, that would be 14 ft/lbs and a dab of Loctite.

Type 4 engines are 7 ft/lbs dab o Loctite good.
